Cancellation/prepayment:
You can cancel your reservation online using the booking confirmation that you received by email after booking or contact the hotel reservation department (accom@adria.cz). Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the date of arrival or if you don’t arrive to the hotel at all a cancellation fee of 100% of the first night's price will be charged.
When booking the offer "Pay now and save", the total price of the accommodation will be charged by the hotel on the day the reservation is made and is irrevocable. In case of cancellation you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the entire stay price.
In order to guarantee the reservation, the hotel is entitled to pre-authorize the amount of the first night on the client's credit card (not for reservations with non-refundable prepayments, where the entire amount is charged immediately). Reservations with an invalid credit card will be automatically canceled.
