Tomáš Horák cooked in several Michelin restaurants in France, Germany and Austria. He has been running our TRITON Restaurant since 2018, and his gastronomy is thoughtful to every single detail, modern, surprising and playful - just like the pictures that Tomas paints in the style of Opt-art, a direction that, through the knowledge of geometry and optics, creates works full of illusion.
