Tomáš Kohút worked as cook at restaurants in Slovakia and then decided to go to Prague to try working at Michelin star restaurant Alcrone. He has been running our TRITON Restaurant since 2022, and his gastronomy is thoughtful to every single detail, modern, surprising and playful.
